A Dinner for Family and Friends

Give you and your friends a gourmet dining experience

Paula Ludlow (Historical Society trustee) will welcome 4-6 people into her state-of-the-art provencal kitchen in the historic Chapel House in Brookhaven Hamlet.

Using her own unique culinary perspective, she will demonstrate the preparation of a four-course dinner that is both delicious for your guests and easy for the cook. After the demonstration, you and your guests will enjoy dinner with each course accompanied by appropriate wines.

During the demonstration, there will be many opportunities for discussion on culinary techniques. Recipes for each course and the wine list will be provided.
